First Months of Operations

www.bikegearwarehouse.com.au is the most advanced website of motorcycle accessories in the Southern Hemisphere. A lot of work has gone into the website and it contains more than 22,000 items. Invariably some items may have been entered incorrectly in terms of description, photos or price. If the price of a product has been entered incorrectly and we have undercharged you, we reserve the right to cancel your purchase and provide you with a full refund of the amount you have paid. If the price of a product has been entered incorrectly and we have overcharged you, we will refund you the difference between our price and the amount you have paid.

Stock Levels

We run a highly automated computer system that automatically tracks stock levels. There may be instances where we have incorrectly counted stock levels, and an item shows to be available when it is not. If this happens we are happy to place the item on back order or provide a full refund. The risks of this happening are very small as we are an importer and attempt to keep large amounts of stock on hand at all times.

We will make every efforts to be accurate in our descriptions, we do not warrant that product descriptions or other content of this site are 100% error-free. It is important that you read all accompanying product documentatino, such as size charts etc.

Terms and Conditions of Order Placement, Conditins, Refunds and Other Issues

Use of this website implies that all the terms and conditions in regards to orders placed, order placement and other issues concerning orders, as outlined in the Policy sections of our website have been accepted and agreed to. It is understood that an order, once it has been submitted and subsequently processed, cannot be cancelled. Should it under some circumstances be agreed by Bike Gear Warehouse to cancel an order, cancellation charges and fees as there might be, would be deducted from the submitted payment before a refund is issued or a charge back made to the card or bank account used for payment submission. Such charges and fees as there might be, are clearly displayed in the appropriate sections of the Policy pages of this site. All fees, charges and prices are subject to change without prior notice. Should after an order be placed and there be need to make changes to the order, be it changes to colors, fabrics, styles, sizes or any other aspect, we reserves the right to charge additional fees and incidental charges dependant on the level and depth of such changes as ascertained. For returns, should a customer refuse a package, a fee will be deducted from their refund to cover the refused package charge.

Terms and Conditions of Deliveries

Bike Gear Warehouse attempts to ship all approved orders by the next business day. At times this may not be possible, due to current order volume an dother unforseen circumstances. Should we be unable to ship your order by the next business day, Bike Gear Warehouse will be held free of all liability. We cannot guarantee delivery times for orders as we use a number of different shipping vendors, based on order value and order content. It is therefore and in such cases understood that Bike Gear Warehouse will be held free of all liability.
