You can communicate with us in two ways, either by our Customer Service Form (email) or by phone.
The BGW Customer Service Form
This is our primary way of communication. Any type of question can be asked, whether related to shipping, new products or technical questions.
To ensure that we reply to you timely, we offer the following service-level agreements between 10am - 4pm (AEST) on business days:
- 80% of questions will be acknowledged or answered within one (1) hours
- 90% of questions will be acknowledged or answered within three (3) hours
- 95% of questions will be acknowledged or answered within twenty four (24) hours

Telephone Support
You can contact us on 1300 70 00 44 on business days, 10am - 4pm AEST. Telephone support is useful for simple questions that can be answered immediately. For more complex questions, we recommend using the Customer Service Form.
