Here you will find information regarding orders that BGW places with our suppliers & manufacturers, and how long you can typically expect to wait if an item is out of stock.
Please note that lead times are dependent on our supplier having stock at the time of order. If our supplier is out of stock then the item is usually backordered by them and added to our next monthly order.
BGW places orders once or twice a month with all most of our suppliers from all around the world, including USA, Japan, Belgium, China, Vietnam and many more. Freight delivery times do vary from country to country, but it is typically 1-2 weeks to be shipped by AIR Freight, and 4-6 weeks to ship by SEA freight. These times are shipping only and does not include the time taken to assemble or build our orders, or the time that can be taken while the shipment clears customs.
Yoshimura typically takes 4-6 weeks to build an order, while most other suppliers allow 2-3 weeks.

Please check submission date of the product you have on backorder against the date of your order. Your backorder will be on the next closest submitted order date. Please note that expected arrival date is an estimate and BGW cannot be held to promising that exact delivery date. There are many factors that can delay a shipment.
