At Bikegearwarehouse.com.au we want to provide you with the best possible service, including giving you the opportunity to receive your goods first when it arrives into the country, if it was previously out of stock.
All products are clearly marked on www.bikegearwarehouse.com.au whether they are in stock or not. If a stock item is not of stock it is displayed on the ordering page. If the item you order has options such as Colour, Size, or Material, the out of stock message will only be displayed once a combination of options have been selected, and that combination is not in stock.
When an item is out of stock, please check http://www.bgw.com.au/showthread.php?t=1038 to ascertain when the item is likely to be available. Please understand that ultimately we cannot control our manufacturer's delivery times or shipping times. We can only communicate what we believe is the most likely arrival time. If we receive new information we will promptly update the delivery times.
You can order out of stock items, however you must pay for them at the time of ordering. If you include other items also, that are in stock, your order may not be shipped until all items are available for shipment. If you need your items urgently, we recommend that you place two orders, one for items in stock and one for items on back order.
The normal return and exchange policy applies to back ordered items.
