When purchasing goods from BGW, whether they are in stock or need to be ordered in, all orders must be paid for in full up front. We do not offer C.O.D (Cash On Delivery) or Payment upon receipt. We do not offer Terms or Accounts.
Payment Methods
Bike Gear Warehouse current accept the following payment methods:
Direct Deposit - When paying by direct deposit you must put your order number in the reference field provided by your bank. Direct deposits can take a couple of days to clear.
Credit Card - We accept Visa and Mastercard only.
PayPal - Please note that PayPal may require 3 business days to approve a transaction.
Use of Coupon Codes
Bike Gear Warehouse makes extensive use of coupon codes in its promotions and offers. It is the responsibility of the customer to enter the correct coupon code at the time of the purchase. Should the correct coupon code not be entered at the time of purchase, and the order is placed without the coupon code, Bike Gear Warehouse is unable to provide a refund for the difference.
Sometimes when a coupon code is used in a promotion, we offer two prices, once price for delivery (using our regular and uninsured shipping option), and one price for pickup. The difference between these two prices is the shipping cost. For example, if a jacket is $100 delivered, and $80 is picked up from our BGW warehouse, and you select the delivered option, your invoice will say $80 for the jacket, and $20 for shipping.
Taxes
Australia - All prices include 10% GST.
New Zealand. All prices exclude 10% GST. The GST is removed in the checkout process.
