How to make an online purchase with BGW

G'day all

For many people buying from the internet can be a new experience, or many different onlines stores have different procedures. Here is a quick guide on how to purchase online with Bike Gear Warehouse.

You can also contact us via Live Support during business hours EST time 9.00am - 5.00pm.

1) Choose the item you wish to purchase:

If there is different drop down menus for size and/or colour make sure to select the options you want.



2) It will add this item to your shopping cart. You can either continue shopping if you want to add more items, or choose Checkout to purchase:

3) Click on create New Customer:

5) Add in your delivery address. It is recommended to get your parcel delivered to a residence or work where someone can sign for the parcel otherwise you may be charged redirection fees if the courier is unable to deliver.:

6) Choose freight. Free freight is available on all purchases (Over $200.00 for NZ) however this is unable to be tracked and has no insurance in case of loss or damage. 7) Choose payment method. We accept Credit Card, Direct Deposit or PayPal. For Payment policy see here: PAYMENT POLICY (http://www.bgw.com.au/showthread.php?t=8)

8)Check to make sure everything is correct and Submit the order. An email will be sent confirming the order and in the case of Direct Deposit or Paypal with instructions on how to pay:

Once your order is processed BGW will get to work sending the goods top you. If the items your ordered are in stock, and depending on the payment method chosen, goods ship the next working day once the payment is approved. Depending on the shipping method chosen your order will arrive shortly.
