How to get a Return Authorisation (RA) number from BGW.

G'day all

Bike Gear Warehouse offers an exchange policy on all goods sold, with the exception of Exhaust Systems, Pazzo Levers, Race Bodywork and Helmets. Please follow this link for more informatin about our Exchange & Returns Policy.

If you have received your goods and they are the incorrect size, this is what you will need to do:

1) Go to our website and click on the "My Account" tab:

2) Login to your account:

3) Click on "Request a Return":

4) Fill out "Reason for Return" and "Invoice Number":

Please add which size exchange you require in the "Reason for Return" box.

5) Enter the part number as is appears on your invoice:

6) Then "Submit" the form:

This will submit the form to us and you will receive a Return Authorisation Acknowledgement with an RA number via email. Once your request has been processed by us, you will receive a second email from BGW with further instructions.
