As the thread title says, congratulations on making a bold move to bring gear to Australian customers at "world prices".

I believe that Aussies deserve a "fair go", and have been at the mercy of the system. For too long, customers have had to endure high prices, restricted availability and, quite frankly, poor attitude and service.

I have been on the periphary of the motorcycle industry for the whole of my life. Seeing a company take the first step in what I beieve will be a Revolution that actually benefits the customer should be applauded.

Interestingly, we have recently changed the way we do business in the musical instrument industry. More specifically electric guitars. The end result is our product is lifted above the sea of suspicion and is priced at or below the price in its country of manufacture.

I maintain that we made the right decision. The fullness of time will prove it.

Viva the Revolution, and all the best in the future.

G'day 7okai

Thank you for the feedback.

It is a big step to lead the way, but we have never believed that just because something has always done a particular way it is the right way.

The way people purchase these days is so different to even just 5 years ago. There are so many more options of where to buy from. What people also want now is good quality gear at reasonable prices, in line with other accessible markets.

All the points you mention are very valid for Australian and New Zealanders. For a long time consumers have been at the mercy of a network that is, quite frankly a little out of touch. Well now there is a new choice for those consumers with the benefits of cost savings and the back up and support of the official importer.

It is a bit like a Revolution (but without the guns), the people demand it so we have changed.

Someone asked me how long our sale goes for. My answer, all the time now!!
