As the thread title says, congratulations on making a bold move to bring gear to Australian customers at "world prices".
I believe that Aussies deserve a "fair go", and have been at the mercy of the system. For too long, customers have had to endure high prices, restricted availability and, quite frankly, poor attitude and service.
I have been on the periphary of the motorcycle industry for the whole of my life. Seeing a company take the first step in what I beieve will be a Revolution that actually benefits the customer should be applauded.
Interestingly, we have recently changed the way we do business in the musical instrument industry. More specifically electric guitars. The end result is our product is lifted above the sea of suspicion and is priced at or below the price in its country of manufacture.
I maintain that we made the right decision. The fullness of time will prove it.
Viva the Revolution, and all the best in the future.
