Tourmaster Jackets

Hi, I like your marketing concept, but......and there is always a 'but'. :D

I e-mailed your site a couple of days ago asking if you intend to stock the Tourmaster Flex 2 Jacket, but so far no answer, which is disappointing given your undertaking to respond to e-mails quickly.

After a bit of net research, I do intend to purchase this jacket - it is reasonably priced in the US and appears to suit my needs (and budget) better than anything else available - it also come in colours other than black. I do try to support Aussie suppliers and would like to purchase it at a competitive price from you guys. can you help?

My second question is about accessories for non-Jap bikes. I ride an Aprilia Shiver, but don't see much in your warehouse to excite me. :(

Apologies if you didn't get a reply, I have had a few email issues and some went into a junk folder. This is sorted out now, so it shouldn't happen again.

At this time we are not importing the Flex 2 jacket. Tourmaster makes a massive range of clothing for the massive USA retail market, and as much as we would like to bring in everthing they do it isn't possible.

We are able to order one-off jackets if you want us to. So long as Tourmaster has them in stock in the USA warehouse we could order it. This would be approx 4-5 weeks to delivery.

Let me know what size and colour you are interested in and I will check as well as get a price for you.

We are always trying to expand our range of bike choices in accessories. Many of the companies we deal with are USA based, and they are slowly starting to expand into European bikes. Keep checking.

I have checked with Tourmaster and they have the Flex 2 Silver XL jacket in stock in their USA warehouse. The Flex 2 jacket will sell for $349.00. If it was to retail in shops it would be $479.00 RRP

Geoffrey, I have a reputable company in the US that I have bought from before who can sell me the same jacket for US$202 and get it to my door for US$25, and no long wait. With the xchange rate that comes in under AU$290 delivered.:) Man, I have to go with that.
