I have noticed an increase in posting sections. Whats the deal with all the different categories. Seriously you have way too many sections to browse through. It seems very messy and confusing at the moment.

Too many sections have way too many sub-sections  and it appears that these sections double up and are the same as others.

Also, what is the deal with having to log in to see forums. Sometimes I want to read threads work and this is a hassle. I don't really want to post threads at work and you shouldn't have to log in just to read posts.

I really want to keep coming here but it is becoming a hassle. i can only get on for short periods of time, and I don't want to waste time wading through all the countless sections.

Hello KR and thanks for taking the time to place feedback on the forum:

The reason for disallowing people to just view the sections of the forum KR is very simple. Too many spam emails and registrations was taking place, and therefore cluttering up staff time with deleting spam links and pornography attachments. Modifications have been made to the forum to stop this now. One of the side effects is, you now have to sign in to view the threads and posts, this has become a necessity to verify genuine registrations and to halt dealing with unwanted posts and threads at the hands of automated hacking systems - time wasted their only detracts from the real business of BGW to get orders soughted and on there way to customers and clients with genuine purchases in place from the online shop - thats why they are here to begin with afterall.

The News and announcements section for the online shop and forum are still very accessible from the Homepage (http://www.bgw.com.au/index.php) without the need to sign in however.

Secondly; the posts have been categorised for ease of targeting what you are looking for. We are still ironing out the bugs to make for a flowing forum; we began this only a week ago. We would appreciate your patience and understanding as there is much more work still to do in an effort to streamline the forum unifying both the online shop and forum as one unit. We do hope you will continue to drop in however, and I personally apologise for inconveniencing you during the period of reconstruction.

I do hope this answers your query KR and it is offered in earnest.

Thanks for your comments.

Thanks for your feedback KR and as Scara explained, it's a work in progress.

I hope you stick around because there is lots of awesome stuff planned for this forum and I'm sure you will enjoy it.

BTW when I log in I go to Quick Links (up the top right hand corner of the screen in the green bar) drop down and click Todays Post...it helps me sort out what I have and haven't seen.
