View Full Version : Help - I can't buy anything

I've been looking at the web site with a view to purchasing some items. It just does not work so I can't.
The basic problem is the the vertical Scroll bar on the right side of the page is just not present so I can't scroll down through any pages to the part where I could (if I wanted to) enter items into my basket. I'm using Win XP Pro SP3 and have tried both Firefox 3.5 and IE7. Both browsers are the same.
I understand that there may be teething problems but having a sales oriented site that can't sell should not be one of them.

I just jumped on to the forum and saw your post.

This is the first time we have heard of this Thanks for raising this issue.
Sorry to hear that you are having trouble. Lets see if we can solve this together.

What size screen are you viewing the site on?

If you are on a very small screen you might have to use the bottom scroll bar to see the right side of the screen.

Please look at the bottom of your screen and see if you have a bottom scroll bar available and if so scroll it to the right.

If this isnt the issue then please copy and paste the url (which is the line of text at the top of your browser) into a post so we can to see what you are seeing.

Again ... sorry to read you are having trouble.

It looks like you hit the site from matmladinimports.com.au and the forwarder from that site has not completed for some geeky reason.

Try hitting the site directly from this link instead:

http://www.bikegearwarehouse.com.au/

Let us know how you go... and again... thanks for highlighting this for us as in all reality it should not happen.
